Strom Law Firm, a respected personal injury, civil rights, and criminal defense practice in Columbia, SC, embarked on a remarkable transformation of their 27,000 square foot office building. The renovation began in 2019 and was completed in 2020, breathing new life into a space that had stood vacant for five years. Once serving as the back office for a bank, the building’s old, closed-off side entrance was reimagined into a welcoming lobby. Now, visitors are greeted by a lush live plant wall, custom wood finishes, and a contemporary receptionist desk that sets a warm, professional tone.

Natural light floods the coworking space, highlighting the sleek glass walls and modern furnishings. The first floor is dedicated to Barrister Hall, a coworking hub tailored for legal professionals. F3 designed and furnished this inviting shared space with details that foster both productivity and comfort—a stunning boardroom with wood inlay ceilings, four private phone rooms for focused conversations, a state-of-the-art gym, and a spacious breakroom ideal for relaxation and casual gatherings.

Throughout the renovation, F3 partnered with Emanate Brands to infuse personal touches that reflect Strom Law Firm’s values and vision. These thoughtful changes have significantly improved the experience for both clients and employees. Enhanced collaboration is evident in the open, airy design, while the vibrant environment has led to greater satisfaction and a sense of community. The transformation is so successful that F3 proudly tours new clients through the halls, inspiring them to imagine the possibilities for their own spaces.
