Catawba County Public Health serves a diverse community by delivering essential health and educational programs to individuals, families, and organizations. To support these efforts, F3 designed a workspace tailored to the needs of multiple teams, creating an environment that boosts productivity and fosters collaboration. The new facility includes 30 cubicle offices for focused work, 28 touch-down stations for flexible use, a mail center, collaborative meeting spaces, storage, and a break room. The Global Evolve product was selected for its modular design, which lets teams easily reconfigure workstations as needs change. Its open structure maximizes natural light, promoting a healthier and more welcoming atmosphere for staff.
Distinctive graphic logos and large panels on glass surfaces help brand the space and introduce vibrant color. These visual elements reinforce organizational identity, instill pride among staff, and foster a sense of community. By enabling easy updates to panels  and graphics, the workspace remains adaptable and engaging, aligning with organizational goals of innovation and longevity. Staff report increased satisfaction and a stronger connection to their workplace, supporting recruitment, retention, and collaboration.
