Description:
The Assured Partners, now Gallagher, office redesign was shaped by a collaborative process that placed user preferences at the forefront. Through in-depth interviews and feedback sessions with team members, we identified key needs and aspirations for the workspace. Custom barn doors were integrated to create flexible meeting spaces, allowing for privacy when needed while maintaining an open, welcoming atmosphere. Live plants were strategically placed throughout the office to enhance air quality and promote a sense of well-being, contributing to a vibrant and inviting environment.
Select furniture pieces, designed specifically for the team, reflect the company’s commitment to comfort and individuality. The layout was tailored to encourage collaboration and client engagement, with thoughtfully arranged seating areas and workstations that foster both productivity and connection.
