As Project Coordinator for F3 Concepts since 2010, Dawn McAndrews enhances and supports our client relationships through her excellent communication skills and commitment to ensuring that each project progresses smoothly from conception to completion. Dawn is a caretaker at heart. In her position with F3, Dawn takes care of each client with her attention to detail, compassion for the project and concern for all of the individuals involved. Our clients can relax as she ensures that their project will be managed timely and properly. Her “can do” attitude results in finding solutions to problems that arise, and this confidence and commitment is what makes F3 successful as a company.
Dawn’s background in real estate contributed to her understanding of the importance of details. Buying a home is one of the single biggest purchases a person may ever take and it comes with high expectations and stress. Dawn provided prospective homebuyers with the details of available properties that would affect their lifestyles. She took care of her clients, keeping them calm and holding their hands throughout the process to home ownership.
Dawn enjoys her family and is seen as the glue that keeps everyone in the extended family together. She is a source of stability, security and happiness for many. Dawn, the mother of two, is also a strong advocate for the foster care children of South Carolina.
