One of the founding partners of F3 Concepts, April Selkinghaus uses her contagious passion to drive her business relationships to success. Her involvement with the owners and key decision makers of client companies who are also passionate about what they do provides April with the insight to envision how their space should look and feel so that it becomes a reflection of their culture. Space planning is April’s forte and she works with her clients to bring their vision to life.
April is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in business administration. Her career in design began when she joined Lynn Cobb Interiors learning the fundamentals of esthetics and their impact on the overall corporate image. She then pursued her entrepreneurial goals by starting her own business and developing relationships with executives in some of the top law firms in South Carolina that forged her understanding of how the look of the office space not only reflects the corporate image but helps attract and retain good employees and promotes an overall healthy, efficient and positive work environment. After an introduction by a client to Mike Craig they both realized they shared the same core beliefs in the importance of providing creative solutions and not merely delivering products. This paved the way for April and Mike to join forces to form F3 Concepts. April says that Mike’s confident, experienced talent in commercial office furniture sales meshes successfully with her excitement in applying the right design and product for the space.
When April is not at work, she enjoys playing on the lake with her family and their 2 dogs. She is an active participant in the Run for God program of Riverland Hills Baptist Church where she benefits from the comradery of the group as she focuses on her personal health goals.
