F3 Concepts was hired to come up with a functional space for Turner Padget’s expansion into the Myrtle Beach market in 2007. The challenge was to utilize the arch shaped layout to fit the number of attorney offices, conference rooms, and support staff with a transitional look that incorporated the conventional offices as well as the open plan. We had a very short window of time to do the installation. It had to be completed over the weekend and functional by 9am on Monday morning. F3 Concepts created a team approach to meet the deadline. It required a lot of flexibility on the manufacturer’s part as well as the installation team. The reception area was a marquee space that spoke of the firm’s image and professionalism. The project was a success! In 2011, F3 Concepts will be providing the same professional services to create the new Florence, South Carolina office. Photos of that space to come soon!
